Gluten-Free Vegan Caramel Apple Crisp Jars



You can take these Gluten-Free Vegan Caramel Apple Crisp Jars with you when you want a sweet treat. Warm spices cook the apples until they are soft, then a crunchy mixture of oats and almonds is added on top, and dairy-free caramel sauce is drizzled over the whole thing.

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free caramel sauce
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Dice the apples and put them in a bowl

Add the maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Mix well

Give the apple mixture to 6 small jars in an even way

Melt the coconut oil and add the chopped pecans, rolled oats, almond flour, and a pinch of salt to another bowl

Mix until it falls apart

Spread the oat mix on top of the apple mix in each jar

Put the jars on a baking sheet and heat the oven to 400F

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit

Before you serve, drizzle each jar with dairy-free caramel sauce
