Nectarine Frozen Yogurt

When you mix nectarines with creamy Greek yogurt, you get a delicious frozen treat that is both sweet and sour. You can cool off on a hot day or satisfy your sweet tooth with it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh nectarines, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Place the diced nectarines in a blender and puree until smooth

In a mixing bowl, combine the nectarine puree, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Mix well to combine

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes until it reaches a frozen yogurt consistency

Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 2-3 hours for a firmer texture

Scoop the nectarine frozen yogurt into old-fashioned ice cream scoops, and serve immediately
