With layers of rich brownie batter and gooey marshmallows and chocolate in the middle, these Inside-Out S'mores Brownies are a fun take on the classic campfire treat. They're great for when you want something sweet!
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding vegetable oil, eggs, and water
Spread half of the brownie batter evenly into a greased 9x9-inch baking pan
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips over the brownie batter
Layer mini marshmallows on top of the graham crackers and chocolate chips
Pour the remaining brownie batter over the marshmallow layer, spreading it evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the brownies to cool before slicing into squares
Serve and enjoy!
