Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 cup almond milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
Instructions:
Mix the flour, yeast, and salt together in a large bowl
Warm up the almond milk and melt the vegan butter
Then add them to the dry ingredients
Mix until you get a dough
Work the dough on a floured surface for five minutes, or until it is smooth and springy
To make the dough double in size, put it in a bowl that has been greased and cover it with a clean kitchen towel
Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour
Punch the dough down and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface after it has risen
Spread out the vegan chocolate chips and dried cherries on top of the dough
Roll the dough into a log shape starting from one long side
Pinch the seam to seal it
Put the log slices in a greased baking dish
Each slice should be about an inch thick
Put a kitchen towel over the dish and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
After the oven is hot, bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
