Ingredients:

- 5 lbs ground beef
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
In a large bowl, combine ground beef and French onion soup mix
Mix well and form into 4 patties
Season patties with salt and pepper
Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached
During the last minute of grilling, add a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and close the lid to melt the cheese
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard to create a sauce
Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes
