Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
- 1/2 cup raisins optional
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Prepare baking sheets by greasing or lining them
Pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together well in a bowl
Salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and powdered sugar should all be added
Do a thorough mix
Slowly add the flour to the mixture and stir it in until it's just combined
You can add chocolate chips, walnuts, or raisins if you want
Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheets that have been prepared
Put the cookies in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way
