Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Put tomato paste, minced garlic and ginger, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a slow cooker
Add melted butter and mix the ingredients together
