Steak Sandwiches With Roasted Tomatoes, Parmesan, and Radicchio

These steak sandwiches are packed with flavor and textures. Juicy flank steak is paired with sweet roasted tomatoes, bitter radicchio, and salty Parmesan cheese, all sandwiched between crispy ciabatta rolls.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup radicchio leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Spread out cherry tomatoes cut in half on a baking sheet

Add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste

To make the tomatoes a little more caramelized, roast them for 15 to 20 minutes

Set the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat while the tomatoes roast

Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic to the sliced flank steak to taste

Cook the steak for two to three minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it

Take the food off the heat and let it sit for a while

Slice the ciabatta rolls and toast them in a pan or the oven until they are lightly golden

Put the toasted ciabatta rolls together and then add the sliced flank steak, roasted tomatoes, radicchio leaves, and grated Parmesan cheese

Serve right away and enjoy!
